Weddings, Celebrations & Gatherings
What is the guest capacity?
The maximum event capacity is approximately 110 guests.
Do you require the use of specific vendors?
Brockington Hall maintains a preferred vendor list based on relationships with local vendors who have consistently performed well. Preferred vendors are highly recommended, but their use is not required.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes. Bar service may be available for events. Outside alcohol may also be permitted subject to applicable requirements, fees, licensing, and insurance.
What are the event hours?
Because Brockington Hall is located in a historic residential neighborhood, music must be discontinued by 10:00 pm. Noisy breakdown should also be completed by 10:00 pm or shortly thereafter, and guests must vacate the premises shortly after 10:00 pm.
Is event insurance required?
Event insurance may be recommended depending on the size and nature of your event. Please discuss your specific requirements with Brockington Hall when planning your event.
Do you allow smoking?
Brockington Hall is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside the building.
Is event security available?
Depending on the size and timing of an event, additional security may be required. Event security is not provided by Brockington Hall.
Using the Historic Space
Can furniture be moved?
Furniture shown on the floor plan may not be moved. Other furniture or property may not be moved without express permission. Furniture and other items should never be dragged across the floors.
Can decorations be attached to the walls?
No items may be hung on the walls without express permission. Existing items on the walls may not be removed.
What are clients responsible for after an event?
Clients are responsible for removing equipment and supplies brought for their event and leaving the venue clean and free of trash and debris.
Is parking available?
Parking is available on the street within the surrounding area. Because Brockington Hall is in a residential neighborhood, guests should allow extra time to find parking. Event planners and caterers may use designated parking for loading purposes.
